   • MEDGICS Aesthetics & Anti-Aging (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protect the privacy and security of your personal data and will, at all times, observe the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486, Laws of Hong Kong) (the “Ordinance”) in the collection, use and maintenance of your personally identifiable information (the “Personal Data”).

   • This Privacy Policy Statement is prepared in accordance with the Ordinance.

   • If you choose to use our service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.  We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Collection and use of your Personal Data

   • Personal Data collected by MEDGICS Aesthetics & Anti-Aging from you on this Website, will only be used for the specific purpose(s) mentioned at the time of collection, or for purpose(s) directly related to those specific purpose(s) and/or in the relevant personal information collection statement.  If specific information is requested but not supplied by you, however, we may be unable to provide the requested service(s).

   • MEDGICS Aesthetics & Anti-Aging may use your personal data for the following purposes:

     • provision of suitable medical treatment and/or related services;

     • processing billing and payment from you and/or your insurer and/or your employer’s insurer;

     • managing your account and your registration as a user of the website.  The Personal Data you provide can give you access to different functionalities of the service that are available to you as a registered user; and

     • contacting you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

   • We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time.Therefore, we advise you to review this page periodically for any updates or changes.We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.

7.  Data Access and Correction

   • You have the right to access and correct with respect to Personal Data held by us, or to opt-out from receiving any direct marketing materials from us in accordance with the Ordinance. Your rights of access include the rights to obtain a copy of your Personal Data provided by you or related to you.Such request should be made by emailing us at info@medgics.com or by calling our Customer Service Hotline at +852 3755 3255.   In accordance with the Ordinance, we are entitled to charge you a reasonable fee for processing any data access request.

8. Retention and deletion of your Personal Data

   • All Personal Data stored on the website will be used solely for the purpose for which it was gathered, for purposes directly related, or to assist you in making enquiries or appointments, or for other compatible purposes, or any other purposes as may be agreed between you and MEDGICS Aesthetics & Anti-Aging.

   • After that the purpose(s) have been fulfilled, your Personal Data will be deleted.

9. User Account Deletion

   • If you wish to delete your user account, you will be able to request the deletion by emailing us at info@medgics.com.   Once the request is received, we will process your request within 7 working days. Your account will be deleted and all data will no longer be saved.

10. Disclosure of your Personal Data

    • We will keep your personal data confidential within MEDGICS Aesthetics & Anti-Aging and will not disclose your Personal Data to any third party without your consent, except as is required by law. However, where such disclosure is necessary to satisfy the purpose(s) for which the data is collected, your Personal Data may be disclosed to any third parties (whether within or outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region).

11. Language

    • This statement is prepared in English and the Chinese version is a translation. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
